Approval to Demolition and Cancellation of a Fuel Station

​The Ministry of Oil and Environment in the Kingdom of Bahrain provides this e-service to the owners of operating and licensed fuel stations in the Kingdom of Bahrain to obtain approval for the demolition and cancellation of a fuel station. This service aims to facilitate the process of submitting and reviewing the application, ensuring the demolition and cancellation process is completed in accordance with safety and environmental standards, and expediting the issuance of necessary approvals.​

• Letter from the station Owner stating the details of the application (Demolition and Cancellation of a Fuel Station).
• A copy of the authorization letter if the applicant is authorized by the owner.
• Bapco Refining Sales and Supply Department approval letter for the detailed Engineering drawing related to the application.
• No objection letter by the Supreme Council for Environment for the demolition application.
• Copy of the ownership document or lease agreement specifying the purpose of the lease (Construction and operation of a gas station).
• Valid Land Survey Certificate.
• Site photos in PDF format.
  

10 working days from the date of receipt of the complete application with all required documents.
