This service aims to facilitate the process of submitting and reviewing engineering designs for new fuel stations, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and standards, and expediting the issuance of necessary approvals.

Scope of Service

This service includes the review and approval of engineering designs for fuel stations to ensure compliance with technical standards and approved specifications.

Owners of existing stations can submit the application by entering the required data in the service form.

Required Documents

letter from the owner stating the type of application (Engineering Drawing Approval for New Fuel Station Application).
Copy of an authorization letter if the applicant is authorized by the owner.
A copy of detailed engineering drawings of the new station in PDF/DWG/DGN format.
Copy of a letter of approval form Bapco Refining Sales and Supply Department on the detailed engineering drawings for the new fuel station.
Ministry of Oil and Environment site approval for the establishment of new fuel station.
Traffic Impact Study (if Applicable).

This service precedes the application on the Building Permit System (Benayat).
All information entered must be accurate, and the applicant bears full responsibility for its accuracy.
Engineering drawings must comply with approved technical specifications and standards.
Drawings must be clear, accurate, and signed by a certified consulting engineer.
The detailed engineering drawings shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements mentioned in the approval letter of the Ministry of Oil and Environment.

10 working days from the date of receipt of the complete application with all required documents.
