Service Description

The Ministry of Oil and Environment provides this e-service to the owners of operating and licensed fuel stations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This service aims to facilitate the process of submitting applications for the addition and modification of complementary services in operating fuel stations, ensuring their compliance with approved specifications and standards.

Scope of Service

This service includes the review and approval of applications for the addition and modification of complementary services in operating fuel stations, such as:

Adding or modifying building (retail shops, restaurants, ATMs, maintenance workshops, etc.).
Adding or modifying a service.

procedures

Owners of existing stations can submit the application by entering the required data in the service form.

Required Documents

Letter from the station owner stating the details of the application (Addition and Modification of Complementary Services).
Copy of the authorization letter if the applicant is authorized by the owner.
Copy of the detailed engineering drawings related to the application (with the location of the addition or modification specified in the drawings) in PDF/DWG/DGN format.
Bapco Refining Sales and Supply Department approval letter for the detailed Engineering drawing related to the application.
Copy of the land title deed document of the station or lease agreement specifying the purpose of the lease (Construction and operation of a gas station).
Valid land survey certificate.

Terms and Conditions(Updateable)

This service precedes the application to the Banayat system to issue a building permit.
All information provided in the application must be accurate and complete.
All required documents must be valid.
Engineering drawings must comply with the approved technical specifications and standards.

Service Duration

10 working days from the date of receipt of the complete application with all required documents.

No fees are required for this service.
