Service Description
The Ministry of Oil and Environment provides the service of issuing approvals for commercial activities licenses to facilitate procedures for investors and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This agreement aims to define the level of service expected from the Ministry and to ensure that users adhere to the specified conditions.
Scope of Service
The service includes issuance of approvals for commercial activity applications through the SIJILAT system, in compliance with the defined terms and conditions.
