​Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Bin Dainah, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, received Dmitry Nikolaevich Makhonin, Governor of the Perm Territory of the Russian Federation, and his accompanying delegation during their visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The meeting discussed means to enhance bilateral cooperation, particularly in the energy sector. The minister commended the strong relations between Bahrain and Russia across various domains.


Governor Makhonin commended the Kingdom’s achievements under its comprehensive development process. He highlighted the Perm Territory’s interest in expanding bilateral cooperation with Bahrain in all areas.​
